The Platform allows you to submit logs, reflections, and participate in community activities. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Amor Fati a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display it in connection with operating the Platform.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to manipulate the Book Club leaderboard, streaks, or scoring mechanisms through deceptive means.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other members of the community.
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without express permission.

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content on the Platform (excluding user-generated content), including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, frameworks (e.g., The Science of Consistency), and software code, is the property of Amor Fati and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain offerings on the Platform may require payment or a subscription. All fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to modify pricing, provided we give adequate notice before the changes take effect for active subscriptions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its contents are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Amor Fati makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of the information, or the results of using our programs or book club.
